2024 - Current Founder | Devi Serene Studio
Founded studio to work on Toward Dawn - a turn based RPG inspired by Welsh mythology. Planned the entire project, working on the programming, design and art as a solo developer with a limited budget and successfully launched after 14 months of development, achieving a modest profit.
Invited to present the game at Mythological Game Studies Conference 2025.
2020 - 2024 UI Programmer | Frontier Developments
Primary UI dev for RoR over the full lifecycle of the project, responsible for the core architecture of all UI code, utilising Typescript and Preact in Gameface. Developed new systems for image substitution in text, support for colour-blind modes, and interviewed & mentored new Graduate Programmers. Responsible for merging & fixing conflicts for demo and showcase builds. Worked on all the networking (multiplayer, marketplace), customisation, cinematics, subtitles, spatial (healthbars, HUD) and frontend UI screens. Maintained documentation ensuring readability for other teams including writers and artists.

2019 - 2020 Graduate UI Programmer | Frontier Developments
Worked on the new Galaxy Map UI, utilising C++ and ActionScript to facilitate data to the UI. Fixed bugs in a legacy codebase and introduced a new documentation database for the UI department.
